How is Find Experienced Lawyers different?

We offer 2 unique services in addition to simple lawyer directory listings for your lawyer advertising:

1. We write unique content on every web listing page striving for improved organic search engine rankings; and
2. You can create your own web pages (called a mini-site – see below) within our Website.

Many directory websites simply give you a listing space with a limited number of words and links. Moreover, most directories have little or no unique content on the listing pages which can hamper organic search engine rankings.  We place unique content on every listing page in order to improve the organic search engine rankings for each web listing page.

Geo-targeted and practice area targeted

We build unique listing web pages that are both geo-targeted and practice area targeted.  Our unique web pages consists of unique content that is relevant to law and the community featured.  Geo-targeting is targeting local searches by town, city, and/or state.  For example, we have an Abbotsford Lawyers listing page (geo-targeted only).  We also have a separate Abbotsford Personal Injury Lawyers listing page (geo-targeted and practice area targeted).  We welcome you to list on all relevant listing pages.  For example, an Abbotsford firm that does personal injury work would benefit from listing in both the Abbotsford Lawyers page and the Abbotsford Personal Injury Lawyers page.

Our listings are limited by size (600 pixels wide X 230 pixels long), but then you can buy full web pages in our site for even great exposure.  The mini-sites you purchase can contain up to 3,000 words on any given page.

• We can’t set out every possible combination.  We can work with you to set up a custom advertising package for you.  Just let us know what you would like – fill in the form below.

* About our mini-site offering:

A mini-site is a dedicated web page for your firm.  It’s a website within our website.  Features of the mini-sites include:

• You can place up to 3,000 words of content, up to 10 images, and/or up to 10 videos per web page.  Click here to see a sample mini-site.  Note the sample has framed content at the bottom which constitutes a single web page.  This mini-site has only one Web page.
• You can have order as many pages as you like.  Each additional web page is $5 per month.  For example you can have a home page, contact, About, Services, Testimonials, Articles, News, etc.  Whatever you like.
• You can link among your mini-site web pages as you choose.  We do not link to your mini-sites from any pages.  This is why we encourage you to buy at least one listing and then link from your listing to your mini-site (see a sample here).  Since we do internal linking among our listing pages, your firm listing page will be part of the linking structure.  Then, by linking from your listing to your mini-site, you then link in your mini-site to the internal linking web of Find Experienced Lawyers.
• We encourage your content be unique from your main firm website for enhanced search engine rankings and indexing.  If your content is identical to your main firm site, then you’ll simply be publishing duplicate content which is not as effective.
• You can place up to 2 DoFollow links from any mini-site page to your main firm website(s) and/or blogs.  For example, if you have 4 mini-site pages, that gives you up to 8 DoFollow links to your sites.
• You can have up to 3,000 words of content per mini-site web page.

Other considerations about advertising with us.

• Each package is month-to-month.  Cancel any time.  Take a 10% discount on 12 month prepaid orders.  Month-to-month orders will be automatically processed unless you tell us otherwise.
• You can of course link from your firm website(s) to your listing page and/or mini-sites.
• Your listing will be placed below the last order.  It’s first come, first serve.  If a top-placement holder cancels, we’ll give you the opportunity to take the first spot – again first come, first serve.
• We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.  We welcome long-term pricing commitments paid in advance.  You are not subject to price changes for the term of your purchase.
• You provide the copy and images.  We encourage your listings in .jpg, .png, or .gif formats.
• If the top spot is taken on a web page, then it is not available.  If your community/practice area is not included, we are happy to add your community and list your firm. You then have the opportunity to take the top spot.  You must pay first before we construct a page for your community and/or practice area.
• We reserve the right to reject content you provide.  We will not publish illegal, pornographic, violent-related, or gambling-related content.
• We also reserve the right to reject outbound links to unrelated sites.
• You must be a law firm, sole practicing lawyer, or legal-oriented organization to list with us.  We reserve the right to deny you the opportunity to advertise with us.
• We do not guarantee results including search engine rankings, indexing, number of page views, and/or click-thru rates.  Presently Find Experienced Lawyers has Page Rank of 3.  We hope it improves even more.  However, we can’t guarantee any Page Rank.
• We do not do any search engine optimization for the mini-sites.  We do, however, optimize (on and off site) our listing pages.  Again, results are not guaranteed.  We don’t control the search engines.
• We do not do any Pay Per Click advertising (PPC).  However, you are welcome to do so to your listing and/or mini-site pages.
• We reserve the right to place advertising on our site as we see fit – such as Google Adsense and/or banner ads.
